  • That’s okay-and actually very common. You don’t need to have all the answers to start. Therapy can hep you gently uncover what’s beneath the surface and give you tools to manage the anxiety as you explore it.

  • Yes! I know that it can be challenging to gauge how you will feel when your appointment arrives, so we can easily move an in person session to telehealth or you can opt for telehealth only. We want to make sure that it is accessible to you.
